No other permissions are requested. Spotlight does not access your tabs, browsing data, history, bookmarks, or any website content.

Data export and import

Spotlight allows you to export a presentation as a JSON file and import one from a file. These operations are entirely local — the file is saved to or read from your device using your browser's native file picker. No data is uploaded to any server during export or import.

Data deletion

You can delete any presentation from the Library view at any time. To remove all Spotlight data, uninstall the extension — this permanently deletes all locally stored data.

Third-party services

Spotlight does not integrate with, send data to, or receive data from any third-party service.

Children's privacy

Spotlight does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Since Spotlight collects no data, changes are unlikely.
